Once again, a South African-Nigerian fire collaboration to get your feet off the ground.
T.Em (South Africa) and T Sleek (Nigeria) have worked on a fusion of genres, feels and sounds including Kwaito, Afrobeats and Amapiano to create ‘Ses’ La’. The song title translates to “We’re Here” in Zulu and speaks to our kinship as Africans, drawing on our very similar cultures, sounds, believes and a lot more.
Showcasing the very popular lingo from Nigeria (Pidgin English) and Zulu from South Africa, the smooth transitions between the different sounds, lingo and elements is a vibe T. Em and T SLeek intend to make a norm, in hopes that it reinforces the fact that Africans essentially should be united in every way.
A vibe for the weekend and every other day after that!
