Prince Ned Munir Nwoko is a distinguished and accomplished Nigerian Lawyer, Politician and business magnate of immense influence. He was born to the Ugboko Royal Family on December 21, 1960. Ned Nwoko seemed destined for distinction and his academic prowess saw him to the University of Keele in Staffordshire, United Kingdom. Here he acquired his first degree in Law and History.
Nwoko set up his Law firm, Ned Nwoko Solicitors and practiced as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. His firm gained international acclaim for its management and verification of foreign debts of third world countries and their component states. As a political maestro, Nwoko in a landslide victory, won the election for the Federal House of Representatives and was a member of the legislative house from 1999 to 2003. Although the Appeal and Supreme Courts voided his initial victory at the High Court to represent the Delta North Senatorial District at the Senate in 2019, Nwoko’s home in the Federal Capital territory, Abuja, remains a Mecca for many political figures in Nigeria.
Dr Nwoko’s passion for philanthropy and charity remain legendary. This international lawyer has also emerged as one of Nigeria’s foremost creative entrepreneurs. His investments in Nollywood, Nigeria’s movie and entertainment industry and his sheer empowerment of the film makers are undoubtedly phenomenal.

The presentation ceremony took place at the Afrimma 2019 Awards & Music Festival 6th edition that held at the Bomb Factory Dallas, Texas.
